Hallo! I’m Jemina from Finland and I was doing an internship here in Hildesheim for seven weeks. In general the experience has been super fun and instructive. I’ve met many different people and I’ve travelled around Germany.
On every monday I was in school and the rest of the week I worked in a company called Unikut. My school days were fun and I made friends in there which was very important for my long stay in here.
I baked cookies with my friends and our hangouts were always so fun!
I spent my weekends traveling. I went to Hannover, Berlin and Hamburg.
I did work too! I loved my time in Unikut. The people there are so kind and fun! I learned a lot about media field and I got to do cool things that I’ve never done before. For instance I was photographing at a wedding!!
I got to try my first German beer when I was photographing in a volleyball match. After I was done with the pictures of course haha. But surprisinly I can say that Deutsches Bier ist sehr lecker!
I also fell in love with the buildings here. They’re so so beautiful.
But long story short. I really enjoyed my time in here and I would definitely recommend doing an internship abroad!
